Every swimmer starts with the fundamentals that matter most: breath control, independent floating, and water recovery skills. Once your child feels safe and in control, we build forward — introducing stroke technique, endurance, and efficiency at their pace.

Private Lessons (12 Months +) One-on-one instruction focused on water safety, confidence, and skill progression. Personalized pacing, consistent coaching, and clear goals every step of the way.

Adaptive Aquatics Individualized instruction designed for swimmers with sensory, physical, or developmental differences. Structured, patient, and skill-driven — every swimmer belongs in the water.

Stroke Development For swimmers who have the safety fundamentals and are ready to build technique, endurance, and efficiency. Proper form, purposeful practice.

Coach Cam really customized the lesson to the student's needs. Also she is very flexible with scheduling. When our oldest wasn't gaining any skills after several months at a big swim school we knew we needed to make a change to something more individual. He has low muscle tone and knew it would be a struggle but after only a few short weeks of lessons with Coach Cam he was independently floating and has been unstoppable since! Both my kids have excelled with Suit Up and we are so grateful to Cam for continuing to work with them to improve their techniques. She is patient and puts them at ease but also firm and direct when need be, exactly what you want when it comes to water safety!
